The rules of the road.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Image To Prompt, and you're responsible for the images you upload and the account you create.

Don't upload images you don't have the right to use, or content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the prompts you generate. By uploading an image, you give us permission to process it for the purpose of generating your prompt.

Whether images you create using a generated prompt are usable commercially depends on the terms of the AI art tool you use it with, not on us.

Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

We aim to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will be available without interruption, and may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
